Another week of meal planning done. I can’t tell you how much time it saves me during the week. It’s two-fold really. I save time on grocery trips – grabbing everything I need on the first trip. I also save time during the week since I’m not procrastinating on what to actually cook. Follow my Pinterest Recipe boards with sneaks on what we’re making.
Monday, June 9: Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Fruit Salad (my mom is coming over to cook so one night off for me!)
Tuesday, June 10th: Grilled Turkey Bugers, salad & french fries
Wednesday, June 11th: Farfalle Spinach Pesto Chicken Pasta
Thursday, June 12th: Chicken Quesadillas
Friday, June 13th: Eat out! (and watch out for black cats! Get it, Friday the 13th?!?)
Saturday, June 14th: Ordering in – Father’s Day
Sunday, June 15th: Dinner TBD (I think we’ll be at my in-laws for father’s day)
Last week’s dinners worked out pretty well. The Bruschetta Chicken bake was AMAZING. I’m actually making it again this week to take to some friends for them for a night off cooking with their squishy new baby boy! The Stove Top Pastitsio has potential. It needs more spices. The lemon chicken is always interesting because they’re never 100% the same. But it was really good this time around. I love sautéing spinach and adding sliced grapes the last few minutes!
