This is a sponsored post for Villa Metro. All opinions are my own
Luke was my +1 for a tour of the new Villa Metro model homes in Valencia, aka Awesometown. (gave you the lowdown on this post). It was a lovely 100+ degree afternoon, and thank goodness all of the models (9 total) were cranking the AC. We pulled up and were guided to these three models – the Aqua, the Sol, and the Terra. We grabbed a pricing sheet and the first thing I noticed was the incredibly affordable starting price on all the models. If you have ever checked out new construction in Valencia, the home prices start mostly in the 400 range. These homes start at 304K and are located 2.5 miles from the heart of Valencia – the mall.
Lets get started, shall we?
This was how we toured – Luke in my Moby Wrap, with the Petunia Pickle Bottom Sashay Satchel on my back!
Aqua – plan 1
This model is a 2+2 home – perfect for a young commuter looking to invest. It has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Starting price is 304K and has 1101 sq ft and an attached 2 car garage.
Aqua plan 2
Another 2 bedroom option, with all living quarters upstairs, starts at 319K. Total square footage is 1297, and also includes an attached 2 car garage.
I loved the hardwood floors. They reminded me of lots of Pinterest posts with reclaimed wood.
Aqua plan 3
This model is the largest in the bunch with 3 bedrooms and 1448 sq ft. Starting price is 337K.
Sol plan 1
The Sol models are the largest of the three designs. This first model has 4 bedrooms and 1610 square feet available to decorate as your heart desires! Starting price is 373K.
I loved the color combo in this home – tangerine & raspberry. So fun!
Sol plan 2
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bath, this home has some additional build out options to offer between 1636 to 1746 square feet. Starting price is 382K.
Sol plan 3
Plan 3 was my personal favorite. The design has 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th upstairs. Starting price is 408K for a total of 1998 square feet.
Ok so before you scroll on, Do you read the blog Young House Love? They found a napkin, named her Sue, and used it as inspiration for a lot of their design in their previous home. Read here how the story started. And then you can read through all these posts about how Sue made her footprint on their home! And now, I present to you, Sue the napkin, visiting California!
I tweeted the pic to them and yup, confirmed it was her!
And then I blushed in embarrassment over the awful auto-correct. My iphone is OLD and I need the new one to come out! It’s spelling is awful.
The colors in this home were awesome, and John & Sherry would approve as it all comes from Sue the Napkin!
Terra plan 1
All of the Terra models have 3 bedrooms. This first model home offers 1420 sq ft and starts at 347K.
Terra plan 2
The design of this model offers the option of a living space downstairs with a kitchenette. I really like that if you have frequent guests and would like to offer them some of their own space! Starting price is 367K and has 1605 sq ft.
Love the outdoor space they designed on this model.
Terra plan 3
The last model for Terra is the largest with 1745 sq ft and 3 bedrooms. Starting price is 372K. And check out that huge chalkboard! So great for a child’s or play room!
Pictures only how part of the beauty of Villa Metro. You’ll need to come and take a your to see how the homes can work for your family! All homes are detached and all include 2 car attached garages. And as you can see from this last photo – there is a great common area with grass, seating, and bbq’s!
Contact the sales managers to see the homes and make an appointment for purchase information – 661-438-1163. And must give kudos to Meridian Interiors for the beautiful job on styling all of the homes!
