Ipsy Glam Bag – April

When I moved, I forgot to change my address for my Ipsy subscription and my March bag is MIA. But, it prompted me to get it changed so I’d have my April bag on time.  And, I’m glad I did because I’ve really been using a lot of these items.

Before I break down the bag, I thought I’d share what I’ve been using the most.  I love the mica shadow.  It’s the perfect subtle color, with shimmer, and I like using it during the day to have a semi-natural look for the office.  The Be A Bombshell blush is pink – with a hint of shimmer. I’ve never had a color like this, but it reminds me of all the episodes of What Not To Wear when they say you should have pink on your apples to give you that fresh look. I get it now. And I used the bag to carry all my business cards for 2 recent blogging conferences I attended.  I love it since it matches my brand colors! (I brought the green in through the notebook I use. I’m not weird. I swear).

Powder Play by Sexy Hair

– adds instant POW to roots with a light dusting and teasing. The more you add, the bigger the hair.

Sation Lacquer by Miss Professional Nail

– Love at First Byte – peachy pink color. Haven’t used it yet but I love me some nail polish.

Mineral Eye Shadow  by MicaBeauty

– Earth – light shimmery pink.  Free of preservatives, chemicals, dyes, talc, oils and other fillers.  I love this stuff!

Blush by Be A Bombshell

– Sweet Cheeks – medium rose pink with shimmer. Highly pigmented and provides lasting color. Can be used as a blush or bronzer.

I’m sad I only have 2 more months left in my subscription my cousin gave me! I love receiving a gift in the mail each month. Might need to work on getting another type for the rest of the year!

Catch all the monthly bags I’ve received so far here!
