I have this awful track record when it comes to conferences. I go with great ambition, I take a ton of notes, I come home, I never write about it. It’s not that I didn’t have a great time, or didn’t learn a lot. That’s pretty much the exact opposite. But my brain was on such overload that I just can’t even digest it all immediately. And then when I’m finally ready to write about it – I feel it’s too late and no one cares so I just keep it to myself.
This past weekend I not only attended a conference, but I also helped organize it. That about triples the amount of brain usage. And exercise. My word. I wish I could say I slept like a baby both nights after….oh wait I did. I was up every 3 or so hours because of the babies in this house. lol. Love them. But man I could have used a good 5-6 hours of solid sleep. The 4th Annual Lifestyle Bloggers conference kicked off Thursday night with a VIP party at Besame Cosmetics and continued on Friday & Saturday at the remarkable LA Mart (which is now called Maker City LA) in Downtown Los Angeles. If you follow me on Instagram, you saw a lot of photos from all days, including some cool behind the scene shots. (And if you’re not following me, go do it!)
Huge thank you to our sponsors! I tried grabbing photos from everything but a lot of the time I was busy running around and didn’t get to snap some photos. Whoops!
